Order processing time
The time we need to get your order ready to be shipped. It relates to stock confirmation and quality inspection, and usually takes 2-4 business days.
The Customer is notified by email/SMS on the day of shipment of the package.
Shipping Time
Shipping time is calculated starting from the time when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, rather than from the time of order placing.
Shipping time varies depending on your specific location.
Our shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time at the time of shipment. Acupuncture cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or an unsuccessful payment.
Shipping Responsibilities
The package will be returned to the sender (Acupuncture) at the customer's expense in the following circumstances:
- If the package cannot be delivered to the specified shipping address due to an incorrect shipping address and/or phone number provided by the customer;
- If the recipient is not available during all delivery attempts, and also fails to pick up the package for any reason from the pickup points;
- If the recipient refuses to accept the package.
Customs & Duties
Our warehouses are based in different Countries. Your order will be shipped according to stock availability and therefore Custom Duties may apply. If you are required to pay for Custom Duties, please cover the fee in advance and contact our Customer Service at the following email address:

For information relating to Customs Duties, we invite the Customer to contact the local customs office or respective tax authority for further information or to consult the Term of Use.
Packages will be held at customs for 30 days, after which they will be considered abandoned. Customers who abandon their packages will forfeit the right to an exchange or refund for their order.
