Term of use


The purchase contract concluded through the exact compilation of the request form and the consent to the purchase expressed through the adhesion sent online or by completing the online electronic catalog at store www.acupuncture1993.com/checkout and the subsequent sending of the form itself, always after viewing a web page summarizing the order, printable, which shows the details of the purchaser and the order, the price of the purchased good, the shipping costs and any additional accessory charges, payment methods and terms, the address where the goods will be delivered and the existence of the right of withdrawal.

When the Supplier receives the order from the Buyer (or "Customer"), it sends a confirmation e-mail and displays a web page of confirmation and order summary, printable, in which they are also reported the data recalled in the previous point.

The contract is not considered perfected and effective between the parties in default of what is indicated in the previous point.

These conditions ("Term of Use ") regulate the offer and sale of products on the store shop. Each order implies acceptance of these Term of Use. It is recommended to carefully review and read the Term of Use before ordering any products on the Site.


These Terms of Use exclusively regulate the offer and sale of products to Consumers on the Company's website.

By placing the order, the Customer declares to have read the Term of Use available on the Site and to have accepted them.


During the COVID-19 period, international packages are experiencing longer transit times due to shipping carrier delays. During the special time, international shipping may take up to 2-4 weeks.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. And we really appreciate your patience, understanding and forgiveness.

Order processing time:

 The time we need to get your order ready to be shipped. It relates to stock confirmation and quality inspection, and usually takes 2-4 business days.

Shipping time

Shipping time is calculated starting from the time when your order is dispatched from our warehouse, rather than from the time of order placing.

Invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures or other similar reasons, may increase the estimated shipping time. Thanks for your patience.

Our shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time at the time of shipment. Acupuncture cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or an unsuccessful payment, trying to minimize any delays.

Our warehouses are based in different Countries. Your order will be shipped according to stock availability and therefore Custom Duties may apply. If you are required to pay for Custom Duties, please cover the fee in advance and contact our Customer Service at the following email address:


For information relating to Customs Duties, we invite the Customer to contact the local customs office or respective tax authority for further information.

The Customer is notified by email/SMS on the day of shipment of the package.


The price of the Products is indicated on the Site at the same time as the customer submits the order. The prices include packaging costs, VAT (if applicable) and any indirect taxes (if applicable), while they do not include shipping costs that are calculated in the cart.

The price of a product may vary according to the pricing policy of the specific market. Sales periods and related discount percentages may also vary.

If the Products are to be delivered in a country outside the European Union, the total price is net of any customs duties and any other sales tax. The Customer is invited to inquire with the competent bodies of their country of residence or destination of the products, in order to obtain information on any duties or taxes applied in their country.

All transactions relating to online orders on the Acupuncture website are made only in Euros. Furthermore, each order will be accompanied by the relative invoice / receipt.

According to Sale of Goods Ordinance, Chapter 26 of the Laws of Hong Kong, SAR, the Supplier assumes responsibility for ensuring the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment.

If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are requested to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Acupuncture at customerservice@acupuncture1993.com.

All Customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Acupuncture and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the Customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the same refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund, due at his expense.


The Supplier assumes the responsibility to proceed with the collection and refund the customer if the goods purchased are found to be defective or different as described on the Site. The company is subject to the rules on the legal guarantee for 24 months from delivery of the product. The customer has two months to be able to report the defect to the company. The warranty covers the product with lack of conformity and cannot be invoked in the event of negligence and/or carelessness in the use and/or maintenance of the product.


Pursuant to Sale of Goods Ordinance, Chapter 26 of the Laws of Hong Kong, SAR, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, except as indicated in the following paragraphs.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify the Supplier with an explicit declaration of his decision to terminate the contract, by writing to the e-mail address customerservice@acupuncture1993.com.

The transport costs related to the return of the product will be borne by the Customer.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

- The purchased item must be intact and complete in all its parts;

- In case of theft /loss of the item during the transport with Customer courier, Acupuncture will notify him (within 5 days of the problem, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured);

- In case of damage, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, at the same time cancelling the request for withdrawal.

Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport and other than those necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, not communicated during the withdrawal request phase. If such problems are found, Acupuncture will cancel the withdrawal request, without providing any refund.

Upon successful completion of the check, refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return at our warehouses. We will proceed with the refund which will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
If you have received a defective or wrong item and decide to return it by post and another standard shipping method, please remember to attach the shipping cost receipt for the refund postage.
Returns or exchanges must be returned via the Standard or Normal shipping method.

The Customer will be informed by e-mail when the refund is made. It should be noted that the credit time between the Supplier's bank account and the Buyer's bank account may vary by a few days depending on the bank. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.


The right to return ceases if the goods are not intact, in case ACUPUNCTURE assesses:

- the inconsiderate use of the goods which tampered with their integrity;
- the lack of fundamental parts of the product;
- the damaging of the product for reason which are not linked to shipment.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will be returned to the customer without issuing any refund
